Digital downloads

Sirens of the canopy is delivered as an instant PDF download. Because the file is delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you have a technical problem — the download link doesn't work, the file is corrupted, or you never received the email — please get in touch through the contact page within 30 days of purchase. I'll resend the file or resolve the issue as quickly as I can.

By purchasing the guide, you agree that it is for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the file is not permitted.

Prints

Prints are made to order on Fotospeed Platinum Baryta 300 paper, produced individually for each customer. Because each print is made specifically for you, they fall outside the standard 14-day right of return under UK consumer regulations.

If a print arrives damaged, or if there is a defect in the print itself, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the issue. I'll replace the print or refund the purchase — whichever you prefer.

Purchase of a print grants ownership of the physical print for personal display only. Copyright remains with me. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use is not permitted without written permission.

Anything else

If you have questions before ordering — about a print size, the paper, or how a specific image will translate to print — please get in touch first. I'd rather answer honestly beforehand than have you receive something you're not happy with!

Sirens of the canopy is currently sold worldwide. Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any local taxes or duties that may apply to their purchase.
