Changed your mind
You may cancel your print order within 14 days of receiving it by notifying us via the contact form at giography.co.uk/contact. A return address will be provided in reply. The print must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer. A full refund, including the original delivery charge, will be issued within 14 days of the print being received.

Damaged or faulty prints
If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us via the contact form within 14 days of delivery, including a photograph of the issue. A replacement or full refund will be provided at no cost to you.

Digital products
As digital downloads are supplied immediately, they are non-refundable once the download is made available. If you experience a technical problem with your download, please contact us via the contact form and a replacement will be provided.
