About us
Giography is the trading name of Giorgio Frattolillo, a sole trader based in Brockworth, Gloucestershire, UK. A full postal address is provided with every order confirmation.

Orders and payment
A contract is formed when your order confirmation email is issued. All prices are in pounds sterling. Giography is not VAT registered, and no VAT is charged. Payments are processed securely by Squarespace, Stripe and PayPal. Card details are not stored by Giography.

Prints
All prints are archival pigment prints, produced in-house on a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-300 with Canon LUCIA PRO pigment inks, on Fotospeed Platinum Baryta 300 paper. Each print is hand-signed and supplied unframed. Frames shown in product images are for illustration only. Colours may differ slightly from their on-screen appearance.

Delivery
Prints are delivered to UK addresses only. All prints are made to order and dispatched within 5 working days by Royal Mail Tracked 48, with a tracking number provided by email. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us via the contact form and a replacement or refund will be arranged. International buyers are welcome to enquire via the contact form at giography.co.uk/contact, and shipping can be arranged on request.

Digital products
Digital products are delivered by download link immediately after payment. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends once the download is made available. Digital products are for personal use only.

Cancellations and returns
Cancellations and returns are governed by our Refunds & Returns policy.

Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
